Structural demand calls for a different approach
The new formulas for organizing affordable housing and circular energy.
Housing shortages, nitrogen limits, grid congestion and lengthy permit procedures hit the same regions. In our formulas, demand, land, technology, production, energy and finance form one whole from the start. That helps prevent unnecessary risks, speeds things up and lets everyone know where they stand.
The new organizational formula
Vital Alliance organizes the whole.
A new neighborhood, an energy project or a regional challenge involves dozens of parties: governments, landowners, builders, grid operators, financiers and the people it is meant for. Each works on its own part, with its own interests, budgets and schedule. Even when everyone does their job well, things usually stall at the handovers between them.
That is why Vital Alliance organizes from the whole, right from the start: with fitting, innovative technology and with partners who deliver. Economic return and social progress then reinforce each other.
The new formulas.
Each formula combines fitting, innovative technology with the knowledge and agreements to apply it again in every region.

The new housing formula
Vital Living
Affordable new-build homes in complete living environments, realized circularly. The combined demand of future residents determines which homes are delivered, where and for whom. Industrial production and just-in-time assembly make it fast, so the home is paid for through the mortgage at completion.

The new energy formula
Vital Energy
Regional Vital Energy Hubs capture the emissions from mown grass and organic residual streams and turn them into circular green gas, biofuels, materials and nutrients. This makes regions circular and more self-sufficient in energy.

The new digital formula In development
Vital Net
Digitalization lags behind in construction, energy and government, while it is a key part of the solution. Vital Net connects people, organizations and AI to the same intended results, with information, agreements and decisions in one place.
What the new organizational formula changes.
The biggest bottlenecks lie between the parties. Flip the switch and see what changes for each one.
Risks
Each party carries its own risk and only sees problems once they occur.
Dependencies are clear up front. Every risk has an owner and an agreed response.
Uncertainty
No one oversees the whole. Whether demand, offtake and financing are in place only becomes clear late.
Demand and offtake are known before anyone invests. Everyone works from the same up-to-date information.
Nitrogen
Projects stall on nitrogen limits, while emissions from residual streams go untouched.
A Vital Energy Hub captures emissions from grass and residual streams at the source and keeps nutrients in the cycle.
Grid congestion
The neighborhood is ready, the grid connection is not. Homes wait for capacity.
Energy is planned in from the design stage. Local energy and heat reduce the need for extra grid capacity.
Permits and objections
Long lead times. Objections arrive once the plan is already fixed.
Provinces, municipalities, neighbors and future residents align plans from the start. Conflicts are resolved while the design can still change.
Costs
Duplicate work, waiting time, stacked margins and long financing during construction.
Less repetition, less waiting and fewer intermediaries. Homes delivered quickly and efficiently are paid for at completion.
Taking the burden off partners, preventing unnecessary risks, and transparency across the whole. For partners, governments, investors and the people it is meant for.
Start together, decide together, deliver together.
We start with the outcome for people.
What needs to be created, for whom, and how will we know it worked? We agree on that with all parties before the work begins.
Everyone at the table from the start.
Those who depend on each other plan together. Bottlenecks surface at the start, not after the work is done.
Clear roles and decisions.
Every partner knows what they deliver, what they earn and who decides when contributions don’t line up.
One intended result for people, organizations and AI.
Vital Net keeps the work connected to the goal, the agreements and the effects on others. Decisions stay with the people responsible for them.
How we assess results
We agree up front with partners on what we measure: the time between a bottleneck and a decision, agreements met on time, and ultimately what matters to people. We make those results visible as projects run.
